I came to Moss after struggling with my car battery dying the day prior. I had no previous history with Moss and was only there because a friend strongly recommended them. The service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into an incredibly smooth and positive experience. Im genuinely grateful for the recommendation and will absolutely be returning for future service. Five stars without hesitation.
