Our car died when bringing our newborn back from the hospital - not exactly ideal. We made an appointment online and were seen at opening the next day. Once there, they worked with us and made sure our car was fixed that day so we could get to our doctors appointment.

I have just discovered Moss Alley Motors and wonder where they have been all my life. Reviews posted to their site tend to be ecstatic and for good cause. They are superb. Very competent and very, very human with it. I will not be taking my Honda anywhere else in future. Moss Alley Motors make cars almost worthwhile.

Women at front desk gave hostile vibes. Simple oil change. Random hose unattached? All 4 skid plate screws are cross threaded. Yikes, I guess that front desk lady really didn’t like my face.

They did a great job on all the work and were upfront about everything. As the owner of an orphaned car, they had no problem sourcing parts or servicing the vehicle despite there being no factory support in US.

Moss Alley did a great job with my car -- it's running like buttah now! :)
