Awful customer service skills. I called ready to ask about an oil change around 4:30 and the guy answers the phone cuts me off and says I can’t take any more customers before I even had a chance to speak. Then he said something along the lines of “dude, it’s not happening I’m closing in 20 minutes” despite their closing time being listed as 6pm. I understand being short staffed or being in a rush but the customer service has guaranteed I will never go here even if all my wheels fall off.

I go to them for all my vehicle services. They have saved me a lot of money over the years by helping me understand what services I could leave until later down the road without safety concerns. This helps me use more of my money on comics and my bahn mi addiction. (Please dont judge me). Not only that, I also depend on them for film and show recommendations. They are awesome people, the lot of them. Ive never had a mechanic team I liked going to. It makes new noises popping up in my vehicle a little easier to deal with.

We have been bringing our cars to Moss Alley for decades. The staff is unfailingly professional. honest.and fair. We rely on their work and advice and have never been disappointed. We can recommend Moss Alley without reservation.

The team was honest about the work that needed to be done, communicated clearly, and completed everything right on schedule. Edit: 8/24/26 BUDD AND COMPANY AUTO IS AMAZING. Great service, without trying to rip you off like MOSS ALLEY MOTORS. With that said… Given Moss Alley Motor’s charming response to my issue with their decorum, this was the same tone and respect given to me, as soon as walking into their unkept office/wait room. I never asked them to drop everything the day I walked in. I had asked if they’d be able to take time, not immediately, to give me a quote on a part I knew of, simply not the name of said part before committing to having work done. Given their distasteful reply, I’m glad I’m saving money and spending it elsewhere. So should anyone considering these “professionals” to work on their car. How sad. Good luck! ;) Wanted to charge me for them to walk 25 feet to my car point out the part I needed, being I didn’t know the name of said part, but could have easily pointed out the cap and seal I needed within 5 seconds. Oh well, their loss of business. How Seattle business have fallen. I’ll keep my business in Bellevue where customer service is next to none. Thanks for nothing Moss Alley Motors!
