Friendly, efficient and quite fast. The shop seemed somewhat intimidated by drum brake service, as they are seeing less and less of that brake type. They do not turn brake disc rotors or drums, only replace them if needed (not uncommon among shops these days). I requested that a faulty air valve stem be replaced on one wheel rim, since the wheels would already be off for brake service. They wanted $90 (0.5 hours) for that service (bare bones wheel/no sensors & a $2.50-3.00 part), which seemed excessive. Never the less, I would still use their services again.

This place is a gem. If you get lucky enough to get on their books, do not ever leave.

This is a capable shop with friendly and competent personnel who exude honesty. My experiences have been excellent.

Fabulous people: understood the problem, related well to older people (takes patience!) were quick to schedule and complete work order. VEry, very satisfied. Shall bring in my other Honda for service. Wow! What a pleasure!

I've been bring my cars here for years and I trust them to be honest and efficient. They're always friendly and generous with their time; clearly explaining what recommended work is urgent and what can wait. They're definitely a "no pressure" shop with fair pricing. They're also just really nice people.

It's not very often that you come across a mechanic shop with so many dedicated customers. I've been going here for years and I always leave knowing I got a great deal on high quality work.
