Seattle Auto Repair

I've been taking my cars to Moss Alley Motors for over 15 years. They do great work, and are honest and efficient with their repair service. Very conveniently located in central Seattle, near the G line, which makes it easy to drop off and pick up vehicles. In particular, I had an issue with the key fob communicating with the dashboard computer. Even the Mazda dealer had problems diagnosing and the fixing the problem. Moss Alley was eventually able to source a replacement part, and make the repairs. The vehicle did have to go back to the dealer for factory programming, but Moss Alley made sure the job was finished. Auto repairs are not cheap, so if you're going to spend money at all, you might as well make sure it's done right!

Didn't even get my car serviced here, the shop was honest and suggested my repair should be covered by warranty elsewhere. They saved me money even though they don't get any business out of it.
