Moss Alley fit me in right away when other local shops could not for under 7 days. Concise information about not only what was currently wrong and needed to be repaired, but what else was going to need to be looked at, and when. Friendly, fast service. When I pulled my car in I was greeted by a dog that appears to hang out there, I thought that was a good sign.

I have been using Moss Alley for probably 13 years to service my vehicles. All of my experiences have been very positive. The staff, especially Kendra and Donovan, are always friendly, professional, and helpful. I've always felt that their pricing was fair and reasonable and they have done what they said when they said they would do it. I will continue to use their services based on my positive experiences over the last 13 years. With that said, I did encounter one new and annoying thing on my last visit (September 2019). A sign at the front desk stated that a 3% surcharge / fee would be levied on all credit card transactions. Just be aware of this so you can accurately predict your final cost.

Moss Alley is so awesome.... it's great to have a car mechanic you can absolutely trust for good information and high quality work. In a historically male-dominated business, I also appreciate the work they've done to create a gender-balanced work force and an environment that feels comfortable and welcoming to all.

Moss Alley is the best!! I realized BOTH of my headlights were out while driving down 405 in the dark last Thursday evening. Got the car to Moss Alley close to 8 on Fri morning, & Kendra & Donovan were awesome as always & promised to get them fixed that day. Luisa called to advise me on the cost & a couple potential difficulties so I could make an informed decision before proceeding. AND it cost less than I expected! I love Moss Alley!
