First time going to Moss Alley. They made everything easy. They told me what should be done, what could wait, and what to think about in the future. Friendly and helpful staff. Ill be back!

Its been several years since I brought my car here for a simple routine service, and they proceeded to attempt to upcharge me nearly 5k for entirely unrelated repair, which i did not need. They told me my vehicle was undriveable if I didn't get that costly repair immediately. Fortunately I am not stupid even though I am younger, female, petite- so I didn't take them at their word. Since then I've had my vehicle checked for this specific problem 3 or 4 times, by several different mechanics, all of which confirmed this repair was not necissary and essentially my car is fine, the problem they said I needed fixed asap or my car was done for has never been found as a problem elsewhere. I've driven a ton over those years, including across the country. My car is fine. I waited to write this review until I had enough years of data to say with full confidence that they either dont know what they are doing or they were trying to rip me of. Either way, go here at your own risk especially if your female and if they recommend a costly repair out if nowhere, get a second opinion.

Moss Alley is easy to make an appointment as soon as a day or two. They do a great job, and I feel my Mini is always in good hands. And the staff and mechanics are all friendly and professional.

Only got my car diagnosed with no actual work done, but everyone was beyond friendly, everything was explained thoroughly and fairly, and diagnosis was completed quickly. Would take my car back in a heartbeat.

The shop accurately diagnosed my crankshaft position sensor issue for my Volvo and completed the repair efficiently and professionally. Pricing was reasonable with no unexpected charges. The team was friendly, transparent, and great to work with. Highly recommend.
