Great service! The team diagnosed my car quickly and got it fixed all in a single day. Second time Ive been to Moss Alley and had an excellent experience both times.

Awful customer service skills. I called ready to ask about an oil change around 4:30 and the guy answers the phone cuts me off and says I can’t take any more customers before I even had a chance to speak. Then he said something along the lines of “dude, it’s not happening I’m closing in 20 minutes” despite their closing time being listed as 6pm. I understand being short staffed or being in a rush but the customer service has guaranteed I will never go here even if all my wheels fall off.

I go to them for all my vehicle services. They have saved me a lot of money over the years by helping me understand what services I could leave until later down the road without safety concerns. This helps me use more of my money on comics and my bahn mi addiction. (Please dont judge me). Not only that, I also depend on them for film and show recommendations. They are awesome people, the lot of them. Ive never had a mechanic team I liked going to. It makes new noises popping up in my vehicle a little easier to deal with.
