Seattle Auto Repair

Trustworthy, reliable, dependable, friendly, with no hidden costs or agendas. The entire crew at Moss Alley is incredible. It was my lucky day when I heeded a friend's advice to take my car to Moss Alley. They have serviced my Volvo, Honda, Toyota and Lexus cars over the years with incredible professionalism. Heed my advice and be prepared to have a lucky day.

Absolutely love this shop. Only place we would bring our Subaru and Toyota. We have been bring our cars here for 16 years.

Between my wife and I we have been bringing our cars to Moss Alley for 23 years. Originally Subarus and now a pair of Mazdas. Their work has always been fast and accurate. I've never felt like they have over prescribed work, and we've never had to bring a car back because something was done improperly. And above all everyone I have ever interacted with there is friendly and genuine. This place is a gem, we're customers for life.

As always, Moss Alley provided exceptional, prompt, professional service. I would always choose Moss Alley to take care of my automotive servicing needs.

Great place to bring your car! It was easy to make an appointment, easy drop-off, friendly service, fair pricing. I recommend!

Love Moss Alley! I was nervous about getting my brake pads replaced and they told me there was plenty of life in them - no upsell whatsoever this time, or any of my other previous visits. I love that I can take my car into the shop and be able to walk home and pick it up!

Always excellent service. I have been a customer for many years and have always appreciated the very helpful and friendly people at Moss Alley. Thanks so much.

First time bringing my BMW to Moss Alley. Online scheduling was very easy. Donovan was very efficient. Upcoming work was mentioned but not done which I appreciated. Ill be back.

Great people!! Great communication!!! Ready to help!!

I have taken my car to Moss Alley for years now. They do an amazing job, don't try to sell you things or jobs you don't need, and for a fair price. Highly recommended.
