I have been going to moss alley for years and have always been very satisfied with their service. The staff are personable, thoughtful, and best of all do a great job on my car. They keep me informed about what they are doing throughout the day. Give clear estimates for any needed work and do not do anything that is not needed. I highly recommend them!!

They always fix my ride just fine but I sometimes bring it in cuz I want to hang out with the dog. Shes awesome. 6 stars.

Easily able to book a time to drop off my car ahead of time; quick turnaround for a diagnosis, getting the part in hand, and having the repair taken care of; completely transparent and proactive communication from start to finish; and reasonable price for labor and parts. When researching a local shop, I saw multiple people state they’ve been coming to Moss for 20+ years. While in the office, I overheard the employees mention a customer who’s been coming to them for over 30. And after my first visit, I see exactly why. I really appreciated not being given the run around, and that Kendra actually answered all of my questions and educated me on what was happening. I’ll absolutely be back again for big issues and for general maintenance (it’s priced better than the chains!). Thank you, Moss Alley!

My 'old' car... well ok it's not new again... but it's probably one of the best old cars on the road. Runs like a charm and feels safe! Great people... Super easy to deal with. HONEST.

Tank!!! Tank is a very good shop dog, but unfortunately, he does not have opposable thumbs. Happily, the good folks at Moss Alley do, and they are keeping my 12-year-old Subaru in top shape.
