I am so grateful for Moss Alley's trusted service for so many years! Recently had a challenging repair that the shop made right at no additional cost to me. So trustworthy, and they make me feel cared about as a customer and community member. You've reminded me that having the right auto repair shop is golden! Thanks Moss Alley!

Edit: 8/24/26 BUDD AND COMPANY AUTO IS AMAZING. Great service, without trying to rip you off like MOSS ALLEY MOTORS. With that said… Given Moss Alley Motor’s charming response to my issue with their decorum, this was the same tone and respect given to me, as soon as walking into their unkept office/wait room. I never asked them to drop everything the day I walked in. I had asked if they’d be able to take time, not immediately, to give me a quote on a part I knew of, simply not the name of said part before committing to having work done. Given their distasteful reply, I’m glad I’m saving money and spending it elsewhere. So should anyone considering these “professionals” to work on their car. How sad. Good luck! ;) Wanted to charge me for them to walk 25 feet to my car point out the part I needed, being I didn’t know the name of said part, but could have easily pointed out the cap and seal I needed within 5 seconds. Oh well, their loss of business. How Seattle business have fallen. I’ll keep my business in Bellevue where customer service is next to none. Thanks for nothing Moss Alley Motors!
