I have been servicing my cars at Moss Alley Motors for nearly 30 years. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful, and the facility is attractive and spotless. In the event that staff discover a potentially expensive repair, they always discuss it with me beforehand, to let me know all my options and the level of urgency. I completely trust them in this; I never have the sense that they would propose an unnecessary repair just to make an extra profit. I'm a big fan!

Moss Alley is my favorite car shop. They are no nonsense, so helpful, and clearly know what they are doing and great value!

Great work at reasonable (not low) prices. They are focused on repairing/maintaining a vehicle rather than selling unneeded/unwanted work. That is rare and much appreciated. The only drawback we've found is that they are almost alway very busy. This can result in less timely communication that might be desired, but it is acceptable given the quality of their work.
