I had a bad experience with Moss Alley after years of business taking all of our families cars there. They chose to not fully warranty a water pump that we had replaced In the last ye Even though there work failed not the part. They covered the part not their labor. That seems backwards as the labor was nearly 1 thousand dollars and the part is 30% of that if not cheaper with shop costs. It is the end of a long relationship between them and our family but we will not be taken advantage of.

When your car starts making a strange sound and you have no idea what is the cause, you are pretty much at the mercy of some mechanic. I took my grumbling and complaining vehicle to Moss Alley Motors where I was told that I needed a new bearing and maybe a new axle. Not knowing what else to do I authorized both jobs. When I came to pick up my car I learned that they were able to change the bearing without changing the axle, thus saving me about half of the expense I had authorized. I call this scrupulous honesty. My car is running as of old. Thanks AJ, Donavan and whoever else worked on it.

Longtime customer of Moss Alley Motors. I trust their work completely. Charges are for work done and not padded. $$ saved recently on expensive job w/ careful judgement as to what was essential.

Donovan, who I believe to be the owner, was incredibly nice. I showed up without an appointment on a day they were slammed - he very politely directed me to the page to make an appointment. Also, he was very communicative so I knew exactly what was happening, the work that had to be done for the fix - as well as a few preventative measures which I greatly appreciated for my old car. My car now runs as well as it did before, if not better and I can rest assured that I will not have that same issue for hopefully a long while.

I had one of the best ever experiences at an auto shop, Donovan, the manager, was excellent in describing what would happen and if they didn't find any points of concern with the car they would keep it simple and finish the task as described. Donovan is also trusting and funny, two good qualities of a human who in conscientious about his skill. I give Moss Alley a complete 5, the highest rating listed! Benjamin Hillard
