Alright. you guys go above and beyond what I ever expected. I took my car in with a window that would not roll up. I asked for it just to be rolled up. They figured that for an additional $8 they could fix the entire problem and did so in a matter of a couple hours! My window works again after 3 years of being broken. AWESOME!

My second visit to Moss Alley, and I'm glad I went back. I might not know the staff very well yet, but they obviously know their customers. I got some good advice on what needs to be done to my car, but they didn't say it needs to get done right away, giving me some time to think about how to take care of it.

The people @ Moss Alley are very friendly, straightforward, & willing to take extra time to explain things when necessary. They've always done excellent quality work on my car.

I've been to Moss Alley twice since my recent move to Seattle. Their prices seem reasonable (though I'm comparing them to Minneapolis prices, I guess), and they were very easy to deal with. Nice folks - I just got a good vibe from them - and they were very accurate with both their estimate and with the amount of time they'd need my car. I didn't have any major work done (just an oil change, and then a few weeks later they patched a tire that had picked up a nail).
