I *love* Moss Alley! I've had the most contact with Donovan and Kendra, and they're the best - very friendly, accomodating, professional, and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Everyone there takes excellent care of my car. Whatever work needs to get done is done well. Occasionally they find an additional problem while they're working, but when they let me know, I only feel like they're providing information I need to make an informed decision. I have never once felt any pressure to have work done beyond what I brought the car in for. My car has run fabulously in the nearly five years I've been taking it here and I'm sure will continue to do so, thanks to the folks at Moss Alley.

You are a trustworthy and reliable repair shop

Very friendly staff and front desk clerk Kendra was very polite. The technicians also checked the little details like making sure my wiper fluid was filled up. I'm particular to how my special little car is handled, and they did a fine job at Moss Alley. I suppose that the service was more expensive than I was expecting. As the saying goes, "dreams don't come cheap!"

Alright. you guys go above and beyond what I ever expected. I took my car in with a window that would not roll up. I asked for it just to be rolled up. They figured that for an additional $8 they could fix the entire problem and did so in a matter of a couple hours! My window works again after 3 years of being broken. AWESOME!
