They had my car in within a couple of days, solved the brake problem, and had me out promptly. Service is always friendly and courteous across the whole range of employees. I worry when it's time to replace my car that I might end up choosing a brand Moss Alley doesn't service.

These guys rock. I've been a customer for 7 years now and plan to be as long as I live within practical driving distance. The quality of their work is superb, their prices are fair, and they do exactly what they tell you they are going to do. This is one of those shops where I feel safe simply dropping my car off with a description of the issue and asking them to fix it. They have never once exaggerated a problem or tried to sell me on an unnecessary big-ticket repair. Three-cheers for the fine folks at Moss Alley!

Fast, reliable and competent. Flushed my cooling system and relined the front brakes on my Mercedes last week. Great work at a fair price. Will definately come back for this great service.

I have used Moss Alley exclusively for five years. They always do a thorough job and actually will tell you when they think something doesn't need to be done. On the one or two occasions when an item was less than perfect (not necessarily their fault, either), they corrected it promptly with no resistence and great convenience. Although I might be interested in a different make of car in the future as a replacement, I may stay with Subaru just so I can keep Moss Alley.

It's the only place I take my Toyota for service. Knowledgeable staff who works for their customers' interests - they are not there to steal your money like most dealerships. They have recommended on several occasions I can hold off on certain services that can be done at later maintenance interval. How cool is that?! There is no wifi, flat-screen tv, espresso maker or shuttle service but I can live without those things for quality services at a reasonable price. Go see Donovan and team.

Stopped by, close to closing, because a brake light indicator had just come on. Despite the fact that they were busily trying to close out their day, they very cheerfully got the bulb changed. Everyone was terrific - as usual!
