I had a great experience with Moss Alley Motors. Kendra and Donovan helped me get set up with a pre-sale inspection on a 2004 Toyota RAV4 with short notice (thank you). The car was a bust! The mechanic was kind to stop the inspection before doing much major work, as she recognized that the vehicle was not worth purchasing early on. I appreciated the clear and thorough communication throughout the process, and did not mind paying the light expense at the end reflecting the short inspection. I would recommend bringing a vehicle here for this service. Saved me time and money on that particular car that wouldn't have been well spent. Many thanks!
