I had a really positive experience with Moss Alley Motors! I found them to be trustworthy, which is a big concern for me when looking for repair shops. I didn't feel they were trying to up-sell me on anything unnecessary or charging me for nothing, and I trusted their expertise. Donovan at the front provides awesome customer service. The only downside was it took a while for the team to figure out what was going on with my vehicle because it was an unusual/uncommon issue, but the pricing worked out fine. The problem hasn't come back since they fixed it, but even if it did, I feel pretty confident because the work comes with a warranty.

Was my first visit. Extremely impressed. Very genuine people, high level of automotive understanding, and very economical. I have now found a place to bring our cars for maintenance to avoid the dealers who make you feel like you are on a cold conveyor belt. This place felt like family. Bringing my other for in for new brakes later this week. All good.
