Moss Alley fixes our car fast and well, every single time. They're friendly, explain problems and solutions clearly, and I trust them to charge reasonable rates: I frequently leave surprised that the bill was so reasonable for their expertise.
Horrible experience. Went in for a simple tire change and they called two hours later basically saying they were going to charge double then what they quoted for no reason. They also said I needed an oil change even though I’d had the oil change not two weeks earlier... they were also rude throughout the whole experience.
As usual you dealt with my car problem quickly.

Always a pleasant experience and they won't bait you with false quotes just to get you in the door. I had a timing belt done there recently and the initial quote was higher than other shops, but then they explained that it included all of these other services that need to be done when getting a timing belt done.... the other shops didn't explain that - just giving me the low-ball price to get me in the door. I will keep going back as long as I own cars that they work on, as I've been a customer for oh geez... easily 15 years.!!!!
