Our cars love going to Moss Alley. Great place. Great staff. Great work.

Overpriced, bad communication. They act like no one knows anything about cars (hint, plenty of us know a bit, but don't have time to fix our own cars). They failed at patching a tire. Would never return, never recommend.

The service at Moss Alley Motors is always outstanding. This is a business where we have always been treated like family. Donovan, AJ, and Kendra are unquestionably knowledgeable and there are never any surprises when it comes to what work has been done or what it costs. (Well, sometimes the car delivers a surprise when the hood is lifted, but the folks at Moss Alley are excellent communicators when that happens.) We always feel completely confident having work done on our Toyota and Subaru vehicles, and (in the past) our Volvos.

I have been a customer of Moss Alley Motors for over 20 years and three cars. I have always found the staff to be professional, friendly, courteous and with a good sense humor to boot! They are all long term employees, a real team. The facility is spotlessly clean and the computer records they keep on my car maintenance are useful and fastidious. The work they recommend to have me do on my cars is always needed, and never pushed on me just so they can make an extra buck. I cannot recommend Moss Alley Motors more highly!

Direct, clear, helpful, on schedule and done right the first time. Also, clear about what might be coming in the future and how to prioritize possible problems. Perfect from my perspective.
