Seattle Auto Repair

Moss Alley Motors is one of those small, precious gems. Excellent mechanics, friendly, helpful office staff, convenient location. We feel lucky to have found a new care home for our much loved Audi.

10/10! Fantastic customer service and extremely efficient communication. Ask for Donovan! Thank you so much for helping me with my door, had it fixed in 28 hours!

Moss Alley was wonderful, friendly, and took care of my leaky tire in record time!

1st time here, all work done on time and very reasonable priced So glad to have found them!

Amazing service. Picked up the phone first try, got me in next day, did inspection and repairs same day. Showed me exactly what I was paying for by line item, even went out of their way to teach me about rotors, show me my old parts, and teach me about my windshield wiper. LGBTQ+ friendly. 11/10 will come back.

I've been bringing my Toyota to this shop for a number of years. They are terrific! This week I took my car in and I was positive I needed to replace the starter battery. Kendra suggested they might be able to charge it up and sure enough, they did. That saved me a lot of money and I appreciate this shop.

Great service!

Just super.
