As always, A.J., Donovan, Kendra, Luisa, and all the rest of the folks at Moss Alley are the best! They've been taking care of my vehicles for 15 years now. There are mechanic shops much closer to my work and home, but Moss Alley does such good work I just can't bring myself to change. The peace of mind that my car is safe and "healthy" is well worth the extra mileage and hassle of going into Seattle every time my oil needs changing or maintenance/repairs are required. And I love that for 15 years I've been seeing the same people every time I go in - it speaks to how well their employees are treated that the turnover appears to be virtually non-existent, and they treat their customers just as well. Thanks for keeping my car in such good shape!
