The service visit started out rough with some misunderstandings between me and the person who checked the car in. Donovan jumped in and made sure that my complaints were heard and he personally shepherded the car through the process. I feel that if Donovan knows something isn't 100% ok with your experience, he will make it right.

I have been using Moss Alley for probably 13 years to service my vehicles. All of my experiences have been very positive. The staff, especially Kendra and Donovan, are always friendly, professional, and helpful. I've always felt that their pricing was fair and reasonable and they have done what they said when they said they would do it. I will continue to use their services based on my positive experiences over the last 13 years. With that said, I did encounter one new and annoying thing during my September 2019 visit. A sign at the front desk stated that a 3% surcharge / fee would be levied on all credit card transactions. Just be aware of this so you can accurately predict your final cost.
