I have been servicing my cars at Moss Alley Motors for nearly 30 years. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful, and the facility is attractive and spotless. In the event that staff discover a potentially expensive repair, they always discuss it with me beforehand, to let me know all my options and the level of urgency. I completely trust them in this; I never have the sense that they would propose an unnecessary repair just to make an extra profit. I'm a big fan!
