I’ve taken all of my cars here because the people here are so awesome about quality and communication. I can ask questions, get honest answers, and genuinely enjoy the time I spend interacting with the employees. Just got another car and will happily continue coming here!

Super friendly staff and excellent communication throughout my car service - they contacted me about several recommendations (air filter replacement, tire rotation) that they found needed to be done while they were servicing my car, provided transparent/honest/beyond-reasonable pricing on these recommendations along with an accurate estimate of how long it would take to get those additional services done once I'd approved them, and contacted me promptly when my car was ready. They even provided my pup with treats when I came to pick up my car at the end of the day. Happy customer, happy pup -- will come back next time I need service. :-)

It's so nice to call Moss Alley and be told "no problem", we'll fit you in which they did and in a timely manner took care of my car's problem. This was my first time getting work done on my car with Moss Alley and I definitely cannot rave enough about them. AJ helped me get checked in and was the one to call to give me the news on what was up with my car. He was so kind and very understanding! You don't usually get that kind of customer service with mechanics and I do appreciate it. I brought my car in with many things that needed to get done and by the end of the next day, they did everything! It was truly a great turn around time. Their pricing is very decent and much less than what my Nissan dealership quoted me for. They did a great inspection and really looked into everything. They're a great shop and would recommend to anyone!
