The whole crew at Miss Alley is easy to work with and attentive to details. Great service from Louisa. She has consistently been a great mechanic and I feel that I am in great hands with her. She recently found an oil leak on my new car that the dealer had dismissed. I returned to the dealer and they realized that they had been mistaken and my model Subaru engine did have an issue with a leaking oil sensor. I am greatful to Louisa for finding this issue before my car goes out of warranty!

My mechanic retired, so I was looking for someone who took as much care and went the extra mile for his clients as he did. I picked Moss Alley because it was near where I lived, and the reviews were positive. My experience wasn't positive. It was EXTREMELY POSITIVE! They took care of my car's issue, were willing to do a follow-up if needed, and the cost was within my budget. These folks have got me as a customer for life.

Not the greatest communication. But a day later I gave them my car to check. I got it back running, when it wasn't before. Low cost, but I did feel rushed it's a give and take. Good luck. No safe street parking. Be sure to get ur car there before closing time. Or after opening.
