Great work by great people
The shop put in extra effort to get me in quickly when my car was failing and I needed it repaired soon. As with my first visit six months earlier, we reviewed the necessity of repairs. One item was not critiical and it was recommended that I return in six months. The other potential repair is recommended by the dealer however the part still works fine. I will wait and replace it when absolutely needed. Moss Alley verified it would not be more expensive to do later. The hourly labor charge is less than the dealer; in one case a non-dealer part was used with significant savings; and some items are suggested for later replacement to a greater extent than the dealer. I appreciate the overall cost savings, spreading costs out over a greater length of time and the effort Donavan makes to schedule me and explain repairs.

Extremely friendly staff and all people were very knowledgable about what was happening with my car specifically. They gave me a detailed printout of what needed to happen with my vehicle and how much each would cost. They also let me know exactly how urgent each repair was since I would be driving it across the country within the week. If I ever love in Seattle again, I will definitely be going back to Moss Alley.
