Super helpful, trustworthy, affordable, friendly. They've been my go-to mechanics for a few years now. It's normally just for routine maintenance (and I totally trust them if they tell me something needs to be done on my car, because usually they don't). Recently my catalytic converter was stolen and they helped me get it replaced quickly, got a guard put on, and were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. I can tell they're working hard to keep things as affordable as they can for their customers too.

I've been going to Moss Alley Motors for 8 years and their work is consistently high quality; they are good at letting me know if something at the moment or in the future might be coming up (e.g., head gaskets) and what would be expected. They are efficient, honest and give excellent service to customers; I know my car is in good hands when I drop it off.

We’ve been getting our car repaired at Moss Alley for well over a decade. They are the absolute best in every regard. Working with them is like having an excellent family doctor. You can count on then to know your car, and to provide the best possible service for the little things, as well as when something goes horribly wrong (like a stolen catalytic converter that not only has to be replaced but involves the Byzantine process of an insurance claim). And on top of that they do it all at a competitive price. It doesn’t surprise me at all that some people drive all the way across town to get their cars repaired at Moss Alley. I live nearby, but if I moved to Issaquah I would still come here when my car needed a either little or a lotta love.
