Did a thorough evaluation of a power steering failure on my car and gave me clearly communicated information about my options. They did this for the price quoted. Donovan was also very good to discuss these options with.

Moss Alley did a great job with a complicated repair: Prompt communication, reasonable rates, and they handled a lot of the arrangements with insurance and a tow company so I didn't have to worry about doing it myself. A trustworthy, reliable, convenient place. I don't like having to own a car but until Seattle has a transit system that actually works, I'm glad I can bring it here.
